During the tooling and development portion of the process, our team of Journeyman tooling experts work diligently to maintain close tolerances provided by the design team. We have a group exclusively dedicated to process development, testing and capability analysis and works closely with the quality and manufacturing groups to insure process CpK’s. To maintain consistency, the disciplines of rigid on-going inspection and process DOEs are entrenched in our team practices.  We maintain strict adherence to timely certification of all our testing and measurement equipment to surpass industry standards.
