At project start, a single point of contact, Project Manager / Engineer, will be identified and entrusted to exceed your needs and ensure project success.
The assigned program manager will facilitate design team, and provide guidance from project start to run at rate verification, including:
- Project time-line &/or project matrix of milestone dates
- Multiple plant project cooperation
- Data & change management
- Client PDT meetings
- Internal PDT meetings
- APQP through a cross functional team
- Packaging from concept to implementation
- Tooling management
- Assembly &/or verification equipment management
- Gauge management/engineering
- Launch performance including GP-12, pre-launch and containment.
