Materials for Seat Covers and Gear-shift Knobs

With its outstanding technical properties, PUR synthetic leather is manufactured via the transfer-coating process and is used for high-quality seat backrests and side cheeks. The best quality PUR-synthetic leather can also be used for unusual design requirements such as the covers for gearshift or hand-brake levers etc.

Dashboard Covers

The versatile TPO foam film and the high-quality PUR synthetic leather are used to cover instrument panels and centre consoles. Special leather grains and lacquer finishes cater for the best design and performance characteristics.

 

Door Linings and Sound Insulation

Almost the whole inside of the door can be finished with Hornschuch high-quality Skai TPO films and PUR synthetic leather to give a high-quality appearance. Hornschuch materials are also used for sound insulation.

The compact TPO film is HF weldable. Welding is carried out directly on the floor covering in the vehicle interior, thus protecting the floor covering from contamination. Hornschuch also produces PVC films with outstanding processing properties for sun visors, color coordinated with the vehicle interior.
