MRP

TransNav utilizes a MRP system to ensure effective inventory control. By centrally managing our raw material and finished goods inventories, we enable ourselves to be more efficient in our production and logistics/delivery activities.

AIM

In 2008, TransNav Technologies Inc., USA integrated new ERP software, manufactured by AIM. The upgraded system improves the flow of information from purchase orders to shipments. In 2009, the system will be integrated into TransNav Inc. and TransNav Mexico, S.A. de C.V

EDI

TransNav is currently EDI capable in both the EDIFACT and X.12 formats. We are currently trading data in the 830, 862, 997, DELJIT, DESADV, DELFOR, APERAK and other form types with a variety of customers ranging from General Motors and Volkswagen to American Axle, Visteon and CAMI Automotive. Typical EDI connections with current, established customers, takes about 5 business days if new forms do not need to be created.

3D CAD/CAM and Visualization, capable of:

• Receiving and viewing 3D data in all commonly used formats as well as working with data in both the Unigraphics and Catia Environments.
• Utilizing 3D Visualization and CAM Technologies in our tooling processes.
